GBC Scientific Equipment Pty Ltd is an Australian manufacturer of analytical instruments, established in 1978 in Melbourne. GBC designs, manufactures and markets a range of scientific instruments for elemental and molecular analysis, with its products deployed in over 100 countries. The company holds ISO 9001 certification and has received numerous international export awards for product quality and innovation.

GBC is a world leader in the development and manufacture of Atomic Absorption Spectrometers (AAS), with over 40 years of experience supplying the global elemental analysis market. The current AAS range includes the SavantAA series for fully automated multi-element flame, hydride and furnace analysis, and the XplorAA series offering excellent performance at an affordable price. GBC also manufactures UV-Visible Spectrophotometers (UV-Vis) for a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analytical applications. These instruments serve industries including environmental monitoring, mining, agriculture, food safety, pharmaceutical quality control and academic research.
