The Rocklabs AMS (Automated Mineral Sample) Prep Line is a fully automated sample preparation system that integrates crushing, pulverising, splitting and dispensing into a continuous, robotic workflow. The AMS system processes geological and mineral samples from receipt through to analytical-ready sub-samples with minimal operator intervention, maximising throughput and eliminating manual handling errors.

The AMS Prep Line is designed for high-volume mining laboratories and commercial assay offices that require consistent, traceable sample preparation at scale. It incorporates Rocklabs Boyd Elite crushers, pulverisers and Linear Sample Dividers (LSD) with RFID sample tracking, automated sand wash cleaning and barcode labelling. The system’s PLC-controlled automation ensures standardised preparation protocols are followed precisely for every sample.
