Product Overview
The Rocklabs Boyd Lite is a compact, lighter-duty double-acting jaw crusher designed for lower-throughput mining laboratories and applications where a full-size Boyd crusher is not required. The Boyd Lite retains the proven double-acting jaw mechanism of the Boyd Elite in a smaller, more affordable package suitable for exploration camps, smaller laboratories and sample preparation facilities with moderate crushing volumes.
The Boyd Lite is used for the primary crushing of drill core, rock chips and geological samples prior to pulverisation and analysis. Its portable design and lower weight make it suitable for remote field operations and smaller laboratory installations where space and infrastructure are limited. Like all Rocklabs crushers, the Boyd Lite is designed for easy cleaning to minimise cross-contamination between samples.
