ERASOFT OCM is the software layer that turns a collection of eralytics analysers into a working oil condition monitoring programme. It digitises the whole workflow: planning sampling routes, capturing samples in the field, receiving measurement data automatically from connected instruments, evaluating results and issuing reports.

The software connects to the eralytics analyser family — ERAOIL, ERASPEC OIL X, ERAVISC X, ERACOUNT XS, ERATEST FERRO and ERAFLASH X — and integrates third-party instruments through the OCM-gate intermediary tool, so an existing laboratory does not have to be replaced to be brought into the system.

Asset management supports up to seven customisable organisational levels, which is enough to model a group of sites down to an individual gearbox. Every measured parameter is screened against customisable predefined limits, critical findings are highlighted automatically, and the software generates a technical statement with maintenance recommendations rather than only a table of numbers.

Measurement data is received automatically and assigned to the correct sample through a scalable DBMS (SAP SQL Anywhere). An OCM mobile app supports offline data collection in the field. The architecture is deliberately non-cloud: hosting is local or on a customer server, which suits mining, defence and petrochemical customers with data residency requirements. Licensing is lifetime, with no cap on managed assets or connected devices.
