ERALAB OCM is a complete oil analysis platform that brings laboratory-grade oil condition monitoring into the maintenance department. Rather than sending samples to an external laboratory and waiting days for a report, an ERALAB OCM installation produces a full result — wear metals, contamination, viscosity, particle count and oil chemistry — in roughly 15 minutes.

Two standard configurations are available. ERALAB OCM Pro combines the erasoft OCM software with four analysers: ERASPEC OIL (FTIR oil chemistry), ERAOIL (RDE-OES wear metals), ERAVISC X (viscosity and density) and ERACOUNT XS (ISO 4406 particle counting). ERALAB OCM Basic uses the same software with ERASPEC OIL, ERAVISC X and ERACOUNT XS. Either configuration can be extended with ERATEST FERRO for ferrous debris, ERAFLASH X for fuel dilution by flash point, or third-party instruments connected through the OCM-gate interface.

erasoft OCM ties the instruments together: it manages assets and sampling schedules, receives measurement data automatically, screens every parameter against customisable limits, and issues a technical statement with maintenance recommendations. Historical trending and fresh oil benchmarking make it straightforward to see whether a machine is drifting away from its baseline.
