Product Overview
The Evident (Olympus) IX73 is a manual inverted microscope designed for cell culture observation, fluorescence imaging and electrophysiology applications. The IX73’s inverted design provides free access to samples from above, making it ideal for micromanipulation, microinjection, patch clamping and live cell imaging where culture dishes, multi-well plates and chambers are used.
The IX73 is used in cell biology, IVF laboratories, neuroscience, pharmacology and general life science research. Its modular frame accepts a wide range of contrast techniques including brightfield, phase contrast, DIC, fluorescence and relief contrast. The open deck design accommodates various stage inserts, micromanipulators and environmental control systems for live cell experiments.
