Product Overview
The HORIBA LabRAM Soleil is a next-generation confocal Raman microscope featuring an innovative optical design with ultra-low frequency (ULF) capability as standard. The Soleil enables measurements down to 5 cm⁻¹ without additional filters, making it ideal for studying lattice vibrations, polymorphism and structural phase transitions.
Designed for both research and routine applications, the LabRAM Soleil incorporates HORIBA’s NExT™ filtered confocal technology for enhanced depth resolution and z-axis accuracy. It is used in materials science, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, nanotechnology and life sciences for chemical identification, compositional mapping and structural characterisation.
