Product Overview

The Rigaku Micro-Z ULS is an ultra-low-sulphur wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) analyser specifically designed for the determination of total sulphur content in petroleum fuels at concentrations from sub-ppm to percent levels. The Micro-Z ULS meets the analytical requirements of ASTM D2622 and ISO 20884 for sulphur in fuel, providing the precision and accuracy needed for regulatory compliance.

Ultra-low sulphur regulations for transportation fuels have made accurate sulphur measurement at the single-digit ppm level essential for refineries, pipeline operators, fuel terminals and regulatory testing laboratories worldwide.
