The CAMECA NanoSIMS 50L is an ultra-high-resolution secondary ion mass spectrometer capable of simultaneously measuring up to seven masses with a lateral resolution below 50 nanometres. The NanoSIMS 50L is the definitive instrument for high-spatial-resolution isotopic and elemental imaging, enabling researchers to visualise chemical and isotopic distributions within individual cells, grains and nanostructures.
