Product Overview
The Rigaku NEX DE is a high-performance energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer designed by Applied Rigaku Technologies for versatile, multi-element analysis. Featuring a silicon drift detector (SDD), the NEX DE delivers excellent energy resolution and high count rate capability, enabling fast and accurate elemental determination from sodium to uranium.
The NEX DE is used in mining, environmental, petroleum, metals, cement and industrial QC applications where a single benchtop instrument is needed to handle diverse sample types and analytical requirements. Its flexible calibration software supports both fundamental parameters and empirical calibration methods, providing the analytical power for both standardless screening and precise quantitative analysis.
