Product Overview
The HORIBA OpenPlex is a surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) system designed for real-time, label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions. The OpenPlex enables researchers to study binding kinetics, affinity and specificity of protein–protein, protein–nucleic acid, antibody–antigen and other molecular interactions on sensor arrays supporting hundreds of spots simultaneously.
The system is used in pharmaceutical research, diagnostics development, biosensor design, food safety and environmental monitoring. Its open-platform design is compatible with a wide range of surface chemistries and ligand formats, providing maximum flexibility for research and screening applications.
