Product Overview
The Rocklabs RM1000 is a robust, high-capacity ring mill pulveriser designed for grinding geological and mineral samples to analytical fineness. The RM1000 processes samples up to 1,000 grams in a single charge, pulverising material to -75 µm (200 mesh) with very low cross-contamination between samples, which is critical for accurate assay results in mining exploration and production.
The RM1000 is used in mining laboratories, commercial assay offices, geological surveys and research institutions for routine sample preparation prior to fire assay, XRF, ICP and other analytical techniques. Its heavy-duty construction, chromium steel grinding vessels and integrated sand wash cleaning system ensure reliable performance in high-throughput production environments. The RM1000 can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into Rocklabs’ automated sample preparation systems.
