Benchtop WDXRF

- Only high-power benchtop WDXRF in the world
- Superior spectral resolution compared to EDXRF
- Analyses elements from F to U
- Compact design — no external cooling required
- Ideal for QC where WDXRF accuracy is needed in limited space
Product Overview
The Rigaku Supermini200 is the world’s only high-power benchtop wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer, delivering the superior spectral resolution and sensitivity of WDXRF technology in a compact, benchtop package. The Supermini200 analyses elements from oxygen to uranium with detection limits and precision approaching those of full-size floor-standing WDXRF systems.
The Supermini200 is used in cement, mining, metals, ceramics, glass, petroleum and environmental laboratories where WDXRF-quality results are needed without the floor space, infrastructure and cost of a large sequential spectrometer. Its tube-above sample geometry reduces contamination risk, and the instrument’s small footprint makes it suitable for laboratories with limited space.
