Product Overview
The VELP Scientifica UDK 159 is an automatic Kjeldahl distillation and titration unit designed for the rapid determination of nitrogen and protein content in food, feed, soil, fertiliser and other organic samples. The UDK 159 automates the distillation and titration steps of the Kjeldahl method, delivering fast and precise results with minimal operator intervention.
The instrument complies with AOAC, ISO, AACC, EPA and other international standard methods for nitrogen/protein determination. Its automatic alkali addition, steam distillation, titration and result calculation capabilities significantly reduce analysis time and eliminate operator variability. The UDK 159 is suitable for quality control, regulatory compliance and research applications in food production, agriculture, environmental testing and pharmaceutical laboratories.
