Product Overview
The Rigaku XtaLAB Synergy-R is a rotating anode single crystal X-ray diffractometer designed for high-flux macromolecular crystallography and challenging structural studies. The Synergy-R combines a high-brilliance rotating anode X-ray source with the HyPix detector series, providing the intense X-ray beam needed for rapid data collection from weakly scattering biological macromolecular crystals.
The XtaLAB Synergy-R is used in structural biology, drug design, enzymology and biophysics laboratories for determining the three-dimensional structures of proteins, nucleic acids and macromolecular complexes. Its high-flux source significantly reduces data collection times compared to sealed-tube systems, enabling researchers to screen more crystals, collect higher resolution datasets and solve more challenging structures.
