Product Overview
The Rigaku ZSX Primus III Next is a sequential wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer designed for fast, reliable elemental analysis in demanding industrial environments. Building on the proven ZSX Primus platform, the Primus III Next delivers a 21% improvement in quantitative analysis throughput through its integrated digital multi-channel analyser (D-MCA), making it the ideal general-purpose WDXRF for quality control and production control laboratories.
The tube-above optical configuration protects sensitive optical components from sample debris and contamination — a critical advantage when analysing pressed powder samples. The Primus III Next shares the same hardware, software and application packages as Rigaku’s flagship ZSX Primus IV and IVi, enabling seamless calibration data sharing across multiple instruments and laboratory sites. Industry-specific pre-calibration packages including OXIDE-FB-PAK and GEO-TRACE-PAK are available for immediate start-up in mining, cement, metals and other industries.
