About Semplor
Semplor is a Dutch manufacturer of desktop scanning electron microscopes, founded in 2021 and based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Semplor was established by seasoned electron microscopy engineers whose team brings over 200 years of combined experience from leading instrument companies including Philips, FEI and ASML. Eindhoven has been at the centre of electron microscopy development since the mid-twentieth century, and Semplor draws directly on that heritage.
Semplor’s flagship product is the NANOS, a compact tabletop SEM delivering sub-8 nm resolution with high-performance SE and BSD detectors as standard, and optional integrated EDS for elemental analysis. The NANOS features a clean vacuum chamber design with all moving parts located outside the chamber, a user-replaceable electron source with over 1,000 hours of operation in ECO-mode, and requires no dedicated infrastructure.
